On April 1, I leave for India, a place I have wanted to visit for years. I'm so excited! During my first 4 weeks, I will be traveling around the Lower Himalayas, and after that I'll spend some time in New Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. I return to the States May 7.
I leave Detroit at 7:45 p.m. April 1, connect through Amsterdam, arrive in New Delhi 1:30 a.m. on April 3, then take a 6:45 a.m. flight to Chandigarh (wooo lots of airport time!), and then drive further north to Bilaspur finally arriving sometime in late afternoon. So much traveling! I hope I'm not too gross when I arrive, haha.
I'm excitedly packing and getting together last-minute supplies... my new memory cards should arrive in the mail tomorrow just in time for me to take lots of pictures. :-) I'm hoping to update the blog weekly. See ya then!
